You may not modify or alter the product in any way, shape or form. However, you can brand your sales process to be your own, claim ownership over the product and sales process.

INDEMNIFICATION:

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

The Product, including but not limited to its content, design, logos, trademarks, and any associated materials, are protected by intellectual property laws and are the exclusive property of its licensors. You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in the Product, except for the master resell rights granted under this Agreement.

TERMINATION:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license to use the Product at any time and without prior notice if we believe you have violated any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product and destroy any copies you may have.

LIABILITY:

The seller shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this product, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

GOVERNING LAW:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the seller's jurisdiction.

CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS:

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website after any changes to the terms and conditions indicates your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions regularly.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and cavinschwartz.com regarding the use of the Product and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, whether written or oral.
